Wildlife Theatre Malacca a.k.a Dolphin Park Melaka

Hi guys..

Today, my entry is about one of Malacca latest (not so latest actually) tourist attraction in Malacca, which is Wildlife Theater Malacca. This place officiated by Yang di-Pertua Negeri, Tun Mohd Khalil Yaacob on the 25 November 2011 and open to the public in 26 November 2011.

In Wildlife Theater Malacca, you will be entertained by the trio sea lion, “John, Mary and Ann” and various reptiles and birds from all over the world. The 60-minute sea lion show will be held twice daily at 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. The huge amphitheater can accommodate approximately 800 people at a time. The well designed greenery and various facilities such as cafe, souvenir shop and car park facilities will provide you with a truly educational experience.

It was built primarily to provide a unique center for the promotion and education of Eco-conservation. In an attempt to enhance one’s learning experience, Wildlife Theater Malacca will provide engaging wild classroom style featuring sea lions’ educational programs, reptiles and cultural performances. Participants will be able to have a close-up interactive encounter with various types of animals.
